Fair Price?

I have been wanting to find a LSD/disc brake rear end for some time and found one today close to where I live. Is 150.00 for a LSD rear end a fair price, the guy says it is in good condition and has no play. I need to know by today so what do you think.

I usually get them for $50-100 but that's down here in the dirty south. I don't think $150 is too bad of a price, IMO. Assuming that's the complete axle housing assembly, not just the differential & pieces.

That is a normal ish price. I get $150 for the 3rd member only.

Are you pulling it or is he? $150 is more then fair if you get the brakes and everything with them pulling it.

I say go for it. Sounds fair, assuming the ring gear/pinion isn't broken or even the axles. Be sure to spin it and listen for scrubbing/squeaking (any metallic sounds) and feel for smoothness. Hopefully the bearings and seals will check out ok too.

The guy is me.... Welcome to the Forum.

Dude, $150.00 is fair price, especially because everything is still on the rear end (brakes calipers rotors..... I've had over 13 rx7's now, and this is one of the best LSD's i've seen. You won't be disappointed.

Just give me a call when your ready to come get it, If I don't hear from you by 8pm, i'm going to sell to the others on my email list.
