Does no one watch top gear? The engineers/mechanics on the old Renault team (and maybe new) were all British.

In fact a good portion of the senior team members in F1 are British.

And that was Alonso's V10 F1 car that won the world championship a few years ago.

i think its pretty dam funny f1 guys figured out they could figure play songs with the tones the motor makes. some one probably sat there and figured out what notes the motor makes at what rpm which is pretty sick.

The company is French, but the F1 team is British. (I believe the manager is french, but they operate out of england)

There is, in fact, only one team that does NOT operate out of England, and that is Ferrari. Honda, Toyota, Mclaren, Renault, and Williams are all UK based.
