Exhauste Pics And Questions

is it normal to see your exhaust this red when it starts up? and if i were to get headers and put a street port on the engine and had no cadiletic convertes and a nice muffler (hi flow) whould i take a chance of damading anything

PS No emissions test where i live, plus its a historic vehical, it doesnt have to meet them anyways

My headers would glow sometimes....I was told not to worry about it. But then I was also told my cats could be clogged. But then I later found out they were gutted, so ...neh to that.

please do this in the TEST forum, thanks..
if the header is glowing it usally means the catalytic converters are clogged or the car is running lean.
