University Seven?...i take it your in greenville. There's a Rotary Rally on Nov. 13 (the second weekend in novermber) in Raleigh. A few of us are coming from cherry point/wilmington/jacksonville. I'll swing by and pick you up if you wanna caravan. You wanna go? By the way, i've got the Racing Beat exhaust system..of course my car isn't here yet, and no inspectors have seen it. My AIM is Mwellmeier03 and my sell is (812)453-6057 let me know.

I'm here in NC too... I'm still doing research into it, but it seems the best street legal exhaust setup I've seen would be to get a Bonez high-flow cat (bolts into stock locations) and a racing beat muffler. I've got that setup on my FC, and it's quite good, although the exhaust setup on an FB is a bit different.
I've also been toying with the idea of getting the full Racing Beat system and swapping my stock parts in for when you need to do the inspection. Since the RB system bolts up to stock locations, this shouldn't be difficult, and once you get used to it you can probably swap the systems out in an hour or so as long as the bolts aren't rusted.
I think I'm going to take the middle road-keep the stock exhaust manifold, go to a RB downpipe, stock connector pipe, then RB muffler. Then I'll stick the cat back on when I need to inspect.
