estimate my hp

well im almost done with the turbo setup. just finishing plumbing the oil lines and water lines to the turbo. then i have to get an intake and carb but i think i found one. here is my setup and then tell me what u think my hp will be. it will be stock port untill next summer then im getting a pretty large streetport from atkins. so give me a number for now and then if you'd like.

I have an s5 turbo TII turbo and manifold with stock wastegate. Then 3 inch piping into a volvo 760 turbo intercooler. Blitz Blow off vavle. Weber 48ida and weber manifold. 3 inch exaust into a dynomax bullett muffler where the cat was for a prescilencer then another one where the stock muffler was. all polished 3inch piping. 15 psi carter fuel pump. dont have the rising pressure regulator yet. prolly go with holley. and no air pump or rats nest.

I used to have one of those volvo intercoolers, they are huge. That and the 3 inch exhaust should alone make a pretty nice combination.

I estimate somewhere around 200-250 at the wheels, since it's a stock port and all and you won't be probably pushing that much boost on it.

15psi fuel pump, that's cutting it close man! You will defiantly need a new one when you push it to 16. Running 10psi that pump is maxed out. You gotta remember, the carb needs its base fuel pressure, usually between 3-7psi. Then for every 1psi of boost you run, the pump has to equal that with 1 more psi of fuel pressure.

To answer your question, I'm going to guess 225-250hp depending on how well it is tuned.
