ok so im rebuilding my 13b. not my first rebuild, but this problem is very annoying. after torquing on the rear iron the eccentric shaft will not budge unless i loosen up all the tension bolts.

any idea what i did wrong?

 

If you already have the front cover on, then you probably don't have any end play. The problem could be there or a rotor seal slipped during assembly.

 

font cover not on yet, but im thinking thats the problem.
