Engine Tolerances

How much play(back and forth) is acceptable when the engine is together and you try to move the flywheel back and forth, or is any acceptable?

Look at the FSM it's all there.. Download it for free.. 0.0016-0.0028 inches, 0.0035 max. This is done with a dial indicator..
