What you really need is a copy of workshop manual.
The best by far is the Mazda Factory Manual or if you want to save money the Haynes is OK but a few mistakes.
There is one website which has a scanned version of a service manual
http://www.wankel.net/~krwright/cars/rx7/85_manual.html which has the section you need. From memory it is 1-18 but check the index.
