SE oil pan, your 12 front cover. Or just get an SE engine. S5 engine would be the better of the choices-more power. ALSO_____search.

You need to do some more searching. If you aren't sure how to do something you better start reading and learning how to do it. I started out in 05 knowing about as much as you do and just 2 weekends ago I took the 12A, radiator and oil cooler out of my 79 SA(it was a complete running car, nothing pre-stripped for removal) and had it dropped in my 83 FB, wired up, and running in less than 12 hours. Had the car driving and streetable the next day(the front struts and brakes were tore apart and I swapped Eibach springs). Just takes some reading and learning

Sorry but I am closing this. We have tons of threads on this subject and we can't keep generating more.

The key is that you search for this material then if you still have more relevant questions that have not been answered in an existing thread after searching extensively that you bump up the existing thread so that we may add info to that thread.
