nice. If I sent you housings would you be able to just simply port them? What templates do you have? Do you buy parts? PM me about the buying parts.

Your prices for the modded motor are about equal to what I paid Mazdatrix......... How do your motors compare? Any members with rebuilds done by you that can reccommmend you? Do you have a webpage?

Thanks

Nope, no web page yet. I am just getting started. I just sold a "used" engine with 4k miles on it, and hope to hear some feedback soon.

I was under the impression that mazdatrix's prices were substantially higher than these... the basic rebuild is $1800 where mine is $1100. Not sure though.

Also, I can't make any money on parts. I can lower the cost of the engines somewhat if I knew I would be getting a certain number of "jobs" a month, which would enable me to set up accounts with Mazda (for gasket kits, etc), JHB performance (for aluminum housings), Machine shops (for lapping).

One major difference between my modded engines is that I use ceramic coating on the aluminum housings, which has a number of different advantages. A few are: self lubricating above 700 farenheight, 4 times LESS wear, less friction less heat (which means more power).

Also, these are just general price lists. I am able to work with each person with what they want, depending on their application.

what do you want done to the 13b?

I have never bridge ported before... I am sure I will need to learn how, maybe I will buy some old cast plate to practice on.

I am assuming that its a GSL SE motor... The only cost difference is in the apex seals. It would be 165 more. so, grand total: 1265

Rebuild

If I send you my motor can you rebuild it? I'll wait for a few month if I have to. (I want to keep my engine) Also where do you get the new parts? Especially, Apex seals.

I am hoping for someone to go out on a limb and have me do it... I know no other way to build a reputation.

Also, I just sold an engine with 4k miles on it (basic rebuild) and hope to hear feedback on it soon.

your rebuild parts

I also rebuild rotary engines, mostly for my own use. However, I would like to know where you get the ceramic-coated housings, and the oil control 0-rings. Please email me at jameshull777@hotmail.com.

By the way, a good source for Mazda parts (at discount prices) is Trussville Mazda 1 800 633-8285 and ask for Marshall-a good guy.

I'll vouch for that. It seems the past couple months I have kept him busy either on the microfiche or me calling to see if my parts came in. The parts have purchased recently were about 25% cheaper than Mazdatrix (Sorry Mazdatrix).
