Mazdatrix is probably a great place, not sure. There are probably many great and trust-worthy engine builders in cali. You could always do it yourself and buy all the parts. A dvd from atkin rotary will be great and help you through the rebuild process.

The dvd is very helpful. He has kept the video informative and simple so even if you have never rebuilt any kind of engine before you can easily understand it. Nice illustration of the haynes manual as well.

Id go with one of the bigger well known places such as mazdatrix, atkins rotary or Respeed (but im not actually sure if respeed does rebuilds). Usually if a place is cheap its for a reason and in that case you are better to do it yourself.

Do some searching on the forum and you will find alot of results about various place and doing it on your own.
