Engine doesnt run after i removed 12A rats nest

I went to Mazspeed tutorial as a guide to assist me in taking out the emission system in my 7. (Which is a great tutorial) but now that im finished when i start my car i have to fully choke it and hold the throttle wide open. itll fire up but only stay running at around 3000rpms. when i let the rpms drops it just boggs out. it runs very rough like the timing is off or something

check all your vaccuum lines and all vaccuum ports on the carb, spacer, and manifold. You've missed something. Pics will help us help you.

Make sure the bungs on the manifold for the anti-afterburn valves are plugged. (the ones that go directly into the secondary runners at the end of the manifold.)
