Question engine, carb, and oil metering pump

Bought a 1982 RX-7, that sat out side for a couple of years, has a 13b engine with a carb. I need help! How do I find out what year the engine was built? Is there a serial number located some where or something else that can help with this question?
Second question, how can I identify the carb? Is there also a number on it, if so where? I need a carb kit and need to know what type to get. The carb looks similar to the ones installed on the 12a's but I don't know if it's possible to install it on a 13b.
Third question, what should be the output for the metering oil pump? The 12a should be 2 to 2.5 cc, should I adjust the 13b to the same amount or is there a different value?

A side note: My engine's ignition has points and condensors.
I think I just bought myself a big puzzle..

Thanks to all that can help with my questions.

The serial number for the block is located on the front housing just behind the alternator...

Sure why not? Anyhting is possible, didnt Rotary engineering, Racing Beat & Mazdatrix make intake manifolds like that?
