ok so none of my interior lights work, my cigertte lighter doesnt work, but my radio does(kinda, with my headlights on it does anyway.) i have replaced the fuses under the dash. cant find any shorts or anything, anywhere else i need to check?

 

Sounds like a broken dimmer switch

 

check your grounds , the lites are backfeeding the radio , thats why it only works when there on

 

Yeah, sounds like a lifted ground.
