eibach pro kit

since im racking in some x-mas $$$ ive been debating suspension, or to go ahead and start the "motor swap" ive been wanting to do (S5 13b into my car). im thinking suspension is going to be on the 'cheaper end' (when it really wont be) but i figure i can get it done alot quicker. anyways, to the point

i already have kyb gr2 gas adjust shocks and struts that came with the car when i got it, but they werent installed. i want to get the tokico illumina's with eibach springs. shox.com quoted me $419 for the illuminas, and $219 for the eibach prokit, $656 for the package shipped to my house. the other prices dont include shipping. im thinking of just getting the prokit and installing the kyb's and do that tokicos later. but i was thinking of selling the kyb's and waiting till i can do it right. has anyone found the prokit for cheaper than $219? i heard shox.com has pretty much the cheapest stuff, and $419 for four tokico illumina's is a really great deal.

just want to hear yalls opinion. i figure if i wait, i can get more for the kyb's if i want to sell them since they have never been installed before. but i know tokico's are going to kill my money. but i want to illuminas so i can adjust the suspension.

thast what i was thinking, but for me to be happy with my suspension...

gsl-se suspension - $???
eibach prokit and illumina's - $656
axis vpd gunmetal - $520
tires - $???

so my suspension will be pricey and i will want to do it all before i do my motor. or i can get the motor, street port it, racing beat header. and be way happier. its more the fact, i could be like "yea, i have this and that" or i can open my hood and be like "i built that, it has this and that, i did this.. blah blah blah" its one of those type of things. although it would be beast to have the motor and be able to take the turns that much quicker... i dont know though, im debating.. just want to hear other people's opinions...

Well put. Keep the car on the road before giving it more excuses for going "off road". Extra power may not be useable if you don't stick well. IMO
