1985 Rx-7

Hey guys, how much can I get a good condition 85' rx7 for? How much did you get your rex for Mantis? Im thinking of selling my 83 GSL and getting an '85 rex instead for more HP and I think it looks a little better. THanks.

The 84/85's interiors were changed, as well as a few mechanical changes, but otherwise the same car. I personally like the newer interiors.

If you are referring to themore powerful 13B propelled GSL-SE, then that is a whole different story.

An '85 GSL-SE recently sold here in San Diego for $1,200, but it had quite a few miles.

Another sold recently in Hollywood for just over $2,000, I think: 80,000 miles.

I got mine for $3,000: 15,000 miles and pristine interior.

I probably got the worse end of that deal, but it's the car I wanted, and it's like new.
