Easy rats nest removal parts question

I'm following the directions on the FAQ and it calls for 2 feet of 5/32 fuel emissions hose. Does anyone know a good source to get this from? I have been unable to find it anywhere, napa coudn't even find it in their parts book.

Would this work: http://cgi.ebay.com/2-FT-OF-EXCELON-...QQcmdZViewItem

It doesn't need to be fuel hose, vacuum hose is what everyone uses and all of the parts stores carry it.

ah ok

The other problem I'm having is finding the right size vacuum plugs. No one seems to have them anywhere.

Hose clamps and bolts also work.

*edit*

Is it possible to just T the like sections of hose together, as in t all the 5/32nds together and they use a single bolt to plug them? I'm not familiar with how the vacuum systems work on a car yet.

I go to the Help display at the parts store and buy a couple of the multipacks of caps. Don't use the thin vinyl caps, they will soon split. They do have some packs in single sizes, 2 per pack. The 1/2 and 9/16" ones are hard to find, you may need to go with the bolt and clamp for that. Another option would be to check McMaster-Carr's website, they seem to have a little bit of everything and shipping is pretty quick.

Depending on what the 5/32" lines supply you may want to go with single caps, not tees. 1/4" caps work if you can't find the 5/32" ones. I spray a tiny shot of P B Blaster or WD-40 in the cap, that lubes them enough so they slip on easily.
