dynomax super turbo vs. Greddy muffler

I just installed a free flowing Greedy S.P. 2.5" stainless steel muffler in my first gen rx7 risking the fact that it would be too noisy, but since it was free I wanted to try it out.

The dynomax muffler is as quiet yet was more metallic than the huge Greddy S.P. exhaust. The car gained a few HP and has a deeper nicer exhaust tone. It looks nice too with the 5" round megaphone rolled tip, not rice, but mean...

Although this muffler is expensive (it's actually for newer turbo cars) compared to the dynomax I will not go back to the dynomax because the performance difference is so obvious. I can now beat two cars that were impossible to kill and my gtech confirms this.

I'll post some pictures of it...looks mean and the 3 foot flames are an added bonus.

glad you found a muffler you like, but a 5'' tip? Thats freaking huge. And aer 3' flames a good thing, I mean, downshifting into the Denn'y's parking lot I don't want to set some pedestrian's clothes on fire......
