Driveshaft help
If getting my driveshaft rebuilt by a machine shop is gonna be too expensive, and i dont find a driveshaft for my 83 GSL what driveshaft can i use in it's place? and if anyone has a driveshaft for me and i can afford the shipping i'll buy it.

Have any junkyards nearby? I had a drivetrain shop put two half-good driveshafts together. plus (i think) they rebuilt one of the u-joints. they charged $70 for all that. -not too shabby

$70 sounds like a fair price i was quoted $300 canadian which is about 200 american by an Rotary shop here....gonna call some of the machine shops my uncles garage deals with and i'll ask my transmissions teacher at school if he knows anyone. Is there anything I can do to maybe strengthen the driveshaft or sumtin?
