Hey y'all. I don't think too many of you are Lounge Rats like me... But I started a thread that may be of interest to 1st gen Historians:

https://www.rx7club.com/lounge-192/a...right-1166146/

Pop in and discuss if you have pertinent information.

Otherwise, discuss here:
As they say, cars have souls and each soul has a story to tell.
What would your 1st gen say in its 40+ years of history?
Could your car be a character in someone else's life changing story?

Hey, I saw that thread. That's a pretty interesting story as someone would is into old-school and golden-era of hip hop and of course Rx-7s. I found an old reddit post from over ten years ago so this isn't news per say but it seems like no one has put in the work.

I chuckled to myself a few times yesterday imagining these dudes shredding in an FB. You know they were drifting or whipping donuts in parking lots, hahaha.

It also reminded me of one particular FB I bought many years ago. Cleaning it out I found a couple court summons for possession and distribution of a class 1 substance under the seat, lol. It also had the worst aftermarket stereo wiring I've ever seen, with about 100' of extra speaker wire tucked up under the dash.

That's actually pretty cool. It's funny that he was jailed over unpaid tickets though. You know he was having the time of his life in that car! I wonder what year the car was. I would love to see of him with the car as well.

I would think a record producer would be an audiophile and have a quality sound system.
