I just put in the new/used motor, and now when i down shift, in attempts to slow down a bit, everythings great until about 2 grand when the car jerks alot, everything is smooth up untill that point, i never remember that happening with my old engine. And ideas, did i install something wrong? Or does this happen to everyone?

Can you clarify the problem? You're downshifting to slow down, so the revs are dropping, and you said everything is fine up to 2k? So the engine will coast down smoothly until you get below 2k? What gear is this in?
