Door Window help needed - all first gens

Has anyone replaced the window channel seals in the doors? If so did you have to remove the window from the door? Where did you get the seals or felt linning?
I have done the door gaskets themselves and plan on doing the outer window seal that is at the bottom of the window itself but need to lnow how to get the felt or seals in the window channel itself done.

This is on a GSL-SS with power windows but should be the same for manual also
Thanks

youre talking about the seals that actually squeegee to window, right? Victoria British sell 'em. They just pull out- strait up, and if there old, theyre likely to break during removal.

Unsupa -- where did you get yours? mazdatrix or V.B.?

Also is it as easy to put them in as they are to remove?
Thanks for the help.

Ok in the VB catalog, it has 3 different seals

1 - glass run channel -goes aroun the sides and top of the window where it meets the door

2 - door window seal, inner -where the window meets the door at the bottom

3 - door window seal, outer -also where the winow meets the door at the bottom(i was talking about this one)

i just swapped the ones from my parts car into the SE. The se ones were all mangled and were causing my windows to not roll up right... they are just as easy to put in as they are to take out, i'll probably be buying some new door seals all around soon, just have to wait on the $$$.

so.. you're talking about the single strip on the outside of the car? mine come out easy, I took a screwdriver and slowly pried up one side and slowly/carefully pulled it out.. putting a new one in was simply lining it up and pushing it on.. Either way as long as you take your time and install in the reverse that you took it off you should be fine.

edit: as for screws i was talking about the window screws holding it on the window motor/track, not any holding the seal in.
