door cards

I have an 85 with brown interior and I can't find any parts for it. I was wondering if anyone know how to replace the top leather like material or has anyone had this done somewhere and what did it cost?

Thanks.

I've done it. I went to black from brown 2 years ago. I pulled all the leather as well as the carpet on the bottom card and replaced it with vinyl.

It wasn't terrible difficult.
IIRC, here's the steps:

I got some very thin foam backing and the vinyl from an upholstery shop.

I sprayed the cards and the foam with Super 77 (a spray-on adhesive. Comes in a spray-paint can), and put them together.

I cut the vinyl pieces to roughly the dimension I needed.

Once the Super 77 dried, I believe it was contact cement I used to glue the longest side of the vinyl on the BACK side of the card, Wait for this to dry.
The next part is a little hard to describe, but I'll try... You'll know what I mean once you have the fabric in front of you:
Once the first strip is dried, you should start with the adjacent corner to the side you already glued. Don't put glue down til you know what the hell is going on next or else it will get messy.

You'll need to pull the vinyl tight in the front over to the back. You'll wind up with "bunched" material in the back, which makes a visible "point" in your corner on the front. This looks like crap.
So to fix that, you'll need to cut the bunched material off. DON"T CUT TOO CLOSE TO THE FRONT SIDE. other wise you'll have to start again...once you've cut a bit off, get out the contact cement and do both the card and the back of your material. Then, pull it tight around the corner again, and glue flat the piece of material between the cuts you made. This should get rid of the point in the front. Make sure the flat part between the cuts has enough glue to stay flat, otherwise the point will come back...

By the time you're done you should get this:
