Done my custom gauges. What do you think?

Terrified.
Really great job. I would have wanted to save the idiot lights as well, though. Other than that it is great looking. Even more impressive considering it was your first time working with fiberglass.

Very impressive, once you get it on the road let us know about reflection and other issues that only happen on a dark road in the middle of the night.
One of these days I'll turn my attention to fiberglass, looks very promising.
Keep up the great work!

At least for an SA, it's 1025rev/mile which translates 1025rpm and 60mph. It states it right on the speedo. FBs have the same gear ratio so it should be the same for them as well. (recently did a speedo swap ) BTW, tranquil is looking for info on how to hook up a tach, any input?

Fabric? Its all painted flat black. I would have went with gloss black, but that shows EVERY imperfection, even the smallest sanding scratches.
As for the speedo, 1025 is pretty damn close, close enough that I think it would work fine. I'm going to test it out though on my speedo.

Well, I just got done "measuring" my stock speedo, turns out that about 1200 rpm turns it at about 110km/h which is 68.4mph. Using that, I can find that at 1000 rpm, that speedo would show a speed of 57mph. Now, I have no clue just how accurate my stock speedo is, and the stockers are known to be off by quite a bit. Also, the speed I used to measure the speedo with may not be accurate, could be up to 100 RPM off in either direction, most likely too slow. Either way, all it would take is a speedo gear change of 1 size either way to correct it I think.

Sorry man personally the lights are annoying. I go by feel and sound of the car. I trust my own instinct rather than a electric signal. And for the gauges man nice, I'm probably way behind on this post but I still felt I should say nice work. I made a complete fiberglass dash. It's done but I have to finish my electrical and other interior things before I start putting it back together.

Well, I got around to testing my electrical today as well. Turns out all the custom wiring I did works great. The only thing that went wrong was a bad switch. Strange actually, the switch is new, never used and it doesn't work. Oh well, I'll just replace it. Other than that I'm glad to see everything in the car still works, including lighting.
