My front apex died last fall and I am just know getting around to doing a rebuild. I pulled the engine today and cleaned it up. Tomorrow I will stat to tear it down. Before I get started is there anything that I should know. I have a hayes manual and plan on folling it to a T. I am also planning on doing a street port, air cooled oil filter, and electric fan when it is all done.
What else should I do to my engine while I have it apart? It will be a daily driver so I have to keep it street legal.
Any help would be great.
