Doin' the introductions

Hello's! My wife and I have been lurking around here since we bought our red 85 GSL from a guy in Phoenix a few months back. We had a 84 a few years ago and wanted another one.

I'll be asking for alot of help. The car we bought is pretty nice except for the engine. It won't pass arizona smog because of the racebeat equipment installed. I'm working that. The previous owner also rigged a few things with safety pins and zip ties! I'm fixing that stuff too, hopefully with alittle help from you guys.

Anyway, look forward to hanging around here.

Newbies are required to post pics, especially of the safety pins. LOL.

Welcome aboard, just playing with you, but pics would be nice.

The wife swears the car is hers........................... Yeah, right! Anyway, the car was driven from oregon down to Phoenix. It still has Oregon tags until July 06. I'll take a few pix of the rig up. Good for a few laughs. I have the brackets, plumbing and hardware coming.
