Doesnt make sense

So i was driving my car for the first time today and it would idle great around 1000 rpms and ran fine, but then all of the sudden it would bog down and die. I start it back up and then it would bog down and die again. So i had new spark plugs in the car and i thought id change them and see if that would help and now it wont idle at all. YES i put the right plugs in and YES the wires are in the right spot, I couldnt find any vacuum leaks (its a 12a) and i dont know why this would change the idle. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Fuel filter or bad ignitor on the distributor perhaps.

Try a full tune up....oil change, fuel filter, coolant, plugs, wires, maybe even get some new ignitors and a new distrubutor cap. Also look for bad connections on wires.

Check to make sure you have fire to the trailing plugs.
