Does this part exist?

Hey guys, thanks for looking! I converted my '85 gsl from power windows to manual units, and I was wondering if this part even exists... You know how the window switches are between the seats in a piece of plastic which also contains the fader? Did lower models come with like... a coin cubby or something that pops into this spot?? I've got an '83 parts car and it's all together, completely different. Doesn't have the arm rest at all? I'm curious if I imagined this part because i'm pretty sure i've seen it in cars with no sunroofs?

Also... did rx7's come with manual windows in the blue/gray colour? Thanks!!

My wide body has gray interior with manual windows. You are correct on the coin holder replacing the window switches.

there very small parts that plug the power window holes.. they would hold maybe 5 quarters each.. just get some foglight switchs in there.

I replaced my fader switch w/ the controller for my audio control (I also had a phoenix bass cube which uses the same type of controler)...

What is involved in converting from power windows to manual windows? I have a '79 with manual windows and I'm looking for a new door. I found a door from an '83 (or '84 I don't remember) with power windows.

he window crank in my door is fine and I can use it in the new door. I'm just not sure if it will fit in the new door.

It will fit, just unbolt the old and bolt in the new, even the holes are there to do the swap, remove the wiring it is just in the way.

If I remember right when I transitioned from manual to power in my 83 the power window units mount with the motor mechanism mounted vertically, and the manual crank assembly was mounted horizontal.I could be wrong on this, but I am pretty sure they mounted different, but aussiesmg is right, the mouting points are all there.
