does the Holly/RB setup flood any worse than stock carb?

I am looking at a car for my nephew and it has the RB/holly carb. low miles 58K. was cranked a week ago but a woman wanted to test drive it and she flooded it out right away.
the owner never drives it . it is a 9.5 out of 10 shape. I tried to get it unflooded but it got dark before we could get it started and blow out the gas. the guy also had to pack so he could leave town.

he will pick up some new plugs and try again Monday.

I was wondering if the holly carb set up is more prone to flooding if the car sits up to long or is there no difference? I never had the holly car on my 1st gens and now idrive a FC.

thanks

Might just need to give the carb a good rinsing with the handy dandy carb cleaner. Some of the parts may be sticking from lack of use. Worth a try since a can is relatively cheap anyways.

any carb will flood terribly if it's un-tuned or in bad shape. holleys are easy to rebuild so go for it
