Does a GSL-SE omp bolt on a 12a and does it flow much more than a 12a pump? I have been told I need one for my turbo application.

How many lines does a SE pump have and can I use rubber lines for the oil to flow through or do they have to be the stock brittle plastic ones for some reason?

Nope. The bolt pattern is different.
