ok ill give u the basics...but then search for "blow through turbo" i personally dont like searchin for turbo stuff..but there is too much on this subject to pass it by.

you will need a 12at turbo manifold...or a modified turbo 2 manifold. u need a turbo. u need a carb that is preped FOR boost. u need a carb hat. tubing. intercooler. and a new exhaust. this is just the basics tho...there is more

boost is all depending on the engine...miles..wear.. but 8psi should be no problem. i myself am rebuilding a 85 12a engine and moding for high boost (gota keep with my bros 04 WRX). so if ur goin to run something like 17 psi...u might wanna rebuild first and if u gona do something like 25...i hope u get it rebuilt by a pro..

Not carbureted anymore. He runs IDA style throttle bodies with methanol injection. 250-300 is my goal on the 12a also.

I ran 12psi(non intercooled) on mine with no problems at all. For races I bumped the boost up a bit more to 16psi, still no problem at all. With my new engine I won't have to worry about how much boost I run
