Do I need a new center iron?

I was cleaning my recently pulled motor and noticed my center iron on the inside had some loose metal pieces and a part of the the coolant passage on the outside had broken off. I’m guessing I should start trying to find a new center iron shouldn’t I?

For context the motor had a leak from a freeze plug and from the water jet seal and had been sitting with a little bit of coolant in the motor for two plus years.

Cast iron vs water. We know who wins
With everything it takes to rebuild (time, un-re-useable soft parts) I personally would not risk using this.
Q is what else is failing that hasn't fallen off yet?
