Do both leading fire at same time??

I am going to instal the DLIDFIS upgrade, so i have just been reading up on it. One of the articles i was reading made the comment that it does not matter which wires you connect for the leading because they fire at the same time. I thought i saw somewhere that the two rotors were opposite one another. I figure the article is right cause he seems to know what hes talking about but i would just like a second opinion.

With any of the direct fire upgrades (DLIDFIS, TT, 2GCDFIS), both leading fire at the same time. So, it does not matter which is connected to L1 and which is connected to L2. The 2nd gens and 3rd gens are like this stock. Now, the rotor power stoke is 180* (opposite) to each other. What happens with the DLIDFIS is when rotor #1 is firing near TDC for its power stoke, the leading plug for #2 is firing within the exhaust phase of rotor #2. Basically you get an extra spark on each rotor just before the exhaust ports open. This helps to burn up any left over fuel. This can help emissions and fuel mileage some. Many modern piston cars do the same thing by firing opposite pistons together.
