Do all GSL-SE models have PS?

I read somewhere where the GSL-SE models were standard with PS. I just purchased my 1st SE and it has manual steering. What's the deal? I love it, but am just curious.

The power rack has a better lock to lock ration than the manual. I have a power rack with a bad pump and I love it.

What i find wierd is that my 82 (gs) can crank a bitch on a normal size street with lots of room to spare, and on the same street my non-power steering -SE doesn't even come close, has to be a 2 point u-turn. i know of a couple of people who prefer a non-powered,power steering rack. Not all -SE's came with power steering but i believe all -SE's came with cruise and A/C.
