is it possible do this this with coil packs out of a 1986 fc3s 13b instead of using the gm ignition modules and the blaster coils. due to the fact that the coil packs already have igniters built into them, we dont want to run the stock ecm

 

You can use the fc3s leading coil but not its ignitor. The signal to trigger that ignitor is not on an FB, So use the GM HEI to trigger the leading fc3s coil. Can't use the trailing coil from the fc3s without a lot of work (adding standalone or something). Just use a stock coil or modern E coil for trailing thru the dizzy.
