un screw everything, un staple everything... take all the vinyl and carpeting off... you should be left with a thick cardboard like door panel with holes and notches...

My door panels are off and I took a peek at the cards and they have a bunch of curves and bumps for pockets and stuff. You all's are flat...
WTF? you claim to use the stock cards yet your panels have no contours or bumps that would be the pockets.

I don't have flat cardboard, I have very shapely cardboard. I'll have to either get a flat doorcard or make one.
it's a 85 -se btw.
