DIN gauge plate [center console]

Where can I find DIN plate to house gauges (I'm looking for a dual gauge holder) in my center console right below my radio? I have seem them posted before a long time ago, but for the life of me I cannot find them now. I tried searching, but I got a lot of results for "gauge panel".

Also, what is the normal size gauge everyone gets? 2 1/16 or 2 5/8?
