Buy a copy of Racing Beat's "Technical Manual/Catalog". The answer's in there, plus a LOT more. None of those will fit, but you could swap in a third member from an:
RX-2-'71-'74=3.900
RX-3SP-'77-'78=3.727
RX-7 12a-'79-'83, late '84, '85=3.909
RX-7 12a-early '84=3.933
RX-7-'84-'85 GSL-SE=4.076

As for aftermarket LSD's, I haven't a clue. But please let me know if you find a good one. I'm about to swap an '84 SE rear axle into my '83 GS, and with over 190,000 miles on the SE's odometer, I'm sure to need a replacement/rebuild.

Quite a dent in the pocketbook, huh? I've heard more good things then bad about "KAAZ", so I may save up for one after the swap is complete. Then add another $400 or so for installation...I can do a lot of things with a vehicle and have a great many specialty tools, but setting up ring and pinions isn't one of them, and I wouldn't want to risk that kind of $ for the LSD buy trying to save a bit and install it myself. Anybody ever had one installed?
