Diff Clutch Plates on Amazon?

OK, So I have some Amazon gift cards to use up and I want to rebuild the LSD in my 84 GSL-SE.

As we know, the mazdatrix plates can be purchased, but are a bit expensive and they don't take amazon play money soooo...

My question is: If you search amazon, they do have clutch plates. Are there any plates that would work in the rx7 carrier from perhaps a GM car or anything I might be able to find?

Thanks for the help!

With 235 views and no responses or part #'s, I'd take that as a 'no'. The Mazdatrix parts may not be cheap, but they'll fit properly and Mazdatrix will stand behind them if you have a problem.

That's where I plan to go if I ever have to rebuild the LSD. Know also that there are other options for pulling LSDs out of Miata's and other cars that are a direct swap for the -SE. Someone will be along shortly to provide more detail, or you can check Racing Beat's website for detail.

Thanks LongDuck.

Yeah, I pretty much knew the answer was no but had to put it out there.

The car is my budget enduro car so no plans to put miata torsen in or anything. I have to do pinion bearings though, so I just hate to have my diff apart and not do work to it...

Also, not a dig on mazdatrix. I always order my bushings and misc parts from them. Super friendly shop, very helpful. I just can't pay 250 bucks for a set of new oem clutches(or would rather not).

*sigh* Maybe I'll just give my old disks a rough sanding stick a shim in
