Hi Gents.

I Just started with my modding of my Nikki, I decided to go for Venturies bore Primaries to 24mm and Secondaries to 30mm. That was about 4mm+ on pri and 2mm+ on Sec.

I understand the idea of the venturi being smallest in the area of the little hole. The inlet angle was around 25 Degrees, easy enough to do, but after this the long angle towards the botton was really steep and hard to replicate on the lathe.

I fear I bored these out too much to the length of the area where the little hole is is too long ? Is that bad ? Does all this make sense ?

Trying to show on the pictures what I did, right is standard and arrow if the hole, left is bored out and the angles changed ?

Meh, you'll be fine. Needs to be more round IMPO.
