Dellorto DHLA 48 Rebuilt kit

For all the Dell 48 users,

You can still order the full kit from Dellorto.com but that kit is about $60 shipped.

If you want it from cb performance they don't said they don't carry the one for the 48 anymore. They do have the 45 kit with a 225 needle..for $37 the only difference is that you have to cut the base gasket that goes to the manifold a little bit. Just puttin g the information out here..

true but i heard that a 350 needle set is tough to run..and you will be more risk for plug foul..i heard its better to go with the 225..since they dont make 300 anymore..

I have a Grose Jet for the 48 DHLA for sale. Instead of using a needle and seat, it uses 2 ball bearings to control fuel. Flows better than a 3.00 needle and seat and handles mad tyte g-forces better too.

$25 shipped to upper 48 states.

Does the gross jet just screw in where the set is? I got my fuel pressure gauge in from re-speed and wow, If i run over 1.5 psi it acts like crud... Im running .8 psi at the moment and that scares me lol.... Im using the 350 needle and set as of right now, have a 225 I may put in depending on this gross jet thingy lol.

yeah it just screws in instead of the needle and seat.

any needle and seat should be able to handle 1.5psi. I run 2.25 on all of my dellortos. 350 is too big and not necessary.
