dead rotor? 85 12a

Well my acv block off plate isnt holding up and the rtv silivon keeps blowing out. The car has no power. I pulled the wires to the rear cylinder, they are sparking, but the engine doesnt get any worse. Makes me think the rear rotor is dead. Going to do a compression test and hope its just the acv blockoff.

Is shutter valve stuck? It blocks flow to rear rotor and effectively makes you run on 1! Ask me how I know, in my case it was a short causing the ECM to blow a fuse - that was fun to fix.
