Dash Warning Lights: Which Relay?

Dash Warning Lights: Which Relay?
So I get in my car to start is, and all the warning lights come on, except they are really dim, and except for the emergency brake light, they don't stay on like in my dad's gsl-se. Any tips? I think it is the realy, but I am not sure which relay it is. If not that, what else could it be?
