Car charges but when i trun on lights the volt meter drops to 12 quick then goes back up to 14
then i hit breaks the lights flicker off and the volt guage goes way low but creeps back up to at least 13

then if i stop hold breaks turn on fog lights and flip down the lights to park it EVERYthing dies even the engine itself then i cannot start it

Sounds like a short, or your battery, or a short in your battery... Replace the battery first and see what happens. Could also be your alternator, or voltage regulator (do these cars have a voltage regulator?)

Alt. is probably right but do you have access to a volt meter?? The one in the car isn't always very accurate. Do you have a Autozone near by (or other parts store---no location for you) that will test your charging system and battery for free?? If your alt. is bad or weak, your car will eventually (prob. soon) not run with ALL accessories turned off---and then not start as well.

check you're alt belt. I don't want to jinx(spelling?) myself but lets just say I've gona through a whole lot with my car in the past month and thats one of the things that happened to me. My belts were lose as hell. Also if this just started happening, I would check some of the more simple stuff like the battery terminal(especially the negative side). I got rid of mine and replaced them with new terminals from autozone.
