man, rebuilding the brakes wasnt as bad as i thought the extreme bad would be but since my car has the equivalent of 170k miles.. it was gory.. I found my 'brake torque' problem, right side of ebrake cable was fucked.. and the left caliper too... tomorrow morn, i will have to get a new one.. but with help the calipers took about 4 hrs apiece to fix from ripping them off the car to putting the cleaned and ready ones back on, including new pads..

A separate question : how can I lift up both the front and back 2" from stock because i tried the rubber coil lifts and they help but still the tires that are wide rub a wee bit when I have a passenger and hit a small bump in the road which really SUX ***.. any help would be appreciated..

 

lol, Ive never heard of anyone wanting to LIFT the car...Unless its for rally or something...

the solution is to flare your fender lips slightly; I had to do the same to clear my 205/50R16s in front.

Do you have stock rims at tires? Or at least a "regular" tire/rim combo? If you do, and they rub..

Then its time to spend some money on new $uspension component$,

 

well i got 205/60r14 in the rear on aftermarket rims, and 195/60r14 up front.. I dont think flaring the fenders is an option for me because i have brand new paint like 4 months old, and that would $$$ cost big. there isnt any tricks u guys are aware of like modifying the perch for the coils so that it would sit higher.. this dilemma doesnt have unlimited funds, it is tightly budgeted..
