I want to make a custom stereo surround on my 80 RX-7. Anyone done this? I want to make a one piece like in the pic below. Do I make it out of sheetmetal then fill it with fiberglass and paint it. I want to install 3 gauges in it also. Thanks for any help. Any pics will help also.

 

Wish I could help, you could form some aluminum. But the main reason I'm posting here is that steering wheel has to go, my god man, show us some mercy. All that work on the interior and then that eyesore..

 

Also another question. On this picture above right below the drivers side dash vent their is a parking light switch. Do the U.S. models have that switch because mine is bad..
