custom exaust ?

has anyone tried running primaries from header back to a 2 outlet 1inlet muffler backwards thinking of doing this to keep from building a collector

I believe that RX7Carl addressed this in another thread. Evidently if you don't use a collector you will lose power because the pulses don't get combined properly before entering the muffler.

The muffler would make a terrible collector. Dont do it. You'll lose all of your scavenging effect.

Also what kind of muffler? They are designed to flow in one direction.

the lack of proper collecting kills scavengeing
