cross drilled & slotted rotors on ebay

Anyone know who is making these? There is a company that is buying Brembo 12 front rotors and cutting them themselves and selling them as such, but Brembo does not make a set of rotors for the 13b's. I have found a couple of sellers advertising 13b 1st gen front and rear rotors for something like $200.00 with pads. The pads are Hawks, I believe, which are decent pads, but no knowledge of who the manufacturer is on rotors. If you were to buy stock rotors and cut them yourself, you could not do it for that price.

Also, even if you don't know the manufacturer of these rotors, is anyone using them and if so, are they any good. What situation are you running them in: racing, high hp street driving, drifting, drag racing, etc.

I haven't seen any of those for sale, so I don't really know the quality of the product or who is even making them, but I have to say that I love your car (minus the underbody lights) Such a beautiful car.

I have heard rumors of Brembos knockoffs, not sure how much stock I'd put in that though. If you are roadracing, I would stay away from the drilled ones due to cracking issues, for show, they're fine, slots are good in most any application. I bought a set of eBay ones when I had the TII, they have the Brembo name cast in them.

What's wrong with his lights? It's a car show, and he has won trophys. Something I have yet to do.

I think I would have went with a different color is all. I'd have to see a picture of it in the dark, but I think I would have went with either a purple, or plain white if it were my car.

If this is the same car at Hot Import Nights in Indy, this was by far the most gorgeous FB I've ever seen in my life, and deserves every trophy its won.

Thanks guys for the reply, and yes, this is the car that was at HIN Indy. That pic came from Gauge Magazine. It was dark when the photographer took the pic, and I guess they lightened it up some. The lights are blue and look much darker in person.

Yes, the 12a front rotors are Brembo's, or at least knockoffs. But I still don't know what the manufacturer of these for the 13b's are. Check them out, I've seen two or three different folks on ebay selling these.

I bought a set for my SE suspension GSL, they have been doing daily street duty for 10,000 miles without any issues, I'm not a fan of these for racing but at $160 for 4 why not try them out, so far I'm very happy.

So are they really Brembo? Or are they "brembo"?

I would grab a set for up front to check it out.

I bought a set of no-name front drilled/slotted rotors last year for one of my cars, they were like $65. Much to my surprise they haven't rusted excessivley or warped yet, and I've put at least 7000 miles on it (street driving). As said earlier I don't think I'd trust them for racing, but street use they are fine.
