It's not actually an "old school" style. It's more like an extreme, stand out style called Bosozoku style, originated as most are, in Japan. You see it a lot on sedans. Flashy graphics, wheels that stick out 5 inches, and those gnarly pipes sitting 2 feet over the roofline. I personally can't stand it. I like the understated look more.

I dont see why some of you are flipping out if its" old school" or not.
Its seems like the pic is from the early 80's to me. Doesnt really matter anyways. I just thought it was a cool pic, My car is far from this style. and for all of you that dont like it...thanks for taking the time for your useless comments

Trust me the idiots were doing it back in the early 80's when I first got to okinawa, they were collectively called Bozo zoku which at the time denoted a hooligan on wheels..not a good designation to get back then. now days its enjoying a resurgance as being old school japan amongst some of the 20_25 y/o crowd, plus a few 40+ers that are having midlife crisis

I cant stand that style, its way to gaudy for me. I used to think the ricer kids around here were bad... pretty tolerable after seeing what the bosozoku crow can accomplish.
