I thought it was gonna be a real hoot like an ad for a RX-7 rebuild kit that had everything, ya know, cams piston rings, and head gaskets or somthin along those lines.....

well I've been told that 1st. gens have gone up in value.

Only SA's. I saw a very slight ($100 or so) jump in average prices as soon as those hit the 25 year mark. I think it was due to them coming out of emissions control in most states.
